We are in the process of finalising an agreement to act as Appointed Representative (AR) with a UK entity that is authorised and regulated by the FCA. During this transition period, we operate strictly as an unregulated firm, providing market intelligence to authorized fund managers. Sekura AM does not exercise either discretionary management or risk authority over any funds. All inquiries regarding investment in our partners' vehicles will be directed to the appropriately authorized entities and their contact details can be made available upon request.
Members of our team listed in this site may also hold roles within affiliated legal entities in other jurisdictions (Luxembourg).
